Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

By installing and using TierLift you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use TierLift on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard EULA for App Store apps. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the app.

Subscriptions

TierLift offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) through Apple's StoreKit:

Strength standards and recommendations

The tier thresholds, recovery windows, and training recommendations shown in TierLift are heuristic benchmarks for self-comparison only. They are not medical, fitness, or coaching advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program. Lifting heavy weights carries inherent injury risk; you alone are responsible for your training decisions.

User content

TierLift does not provide upload, sharing, social, or community features. You do not submit any content to us. If a future version adds such features, we'll publish a takedown process and DMCA designated-agent contact at that time.

Warranties

TierLift is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data shown is accurate for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TierLift is limited to the amount you paid for the app (including subscriptions) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to injury sustained during training, lost data, or lost opportunity.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date and surfaced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
