Subscription help
To manage or cancel your TierLift Pro subscription, open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → TierLift. Refund requests for Apple-billed subscriptions go through reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple processes those, not us.
Data and privacy
TierLift does not collect personal data, so there's no account to delete. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Common issues
Tier feels too low or too high
Tiers are calculated from your bodyweight ratio adjusted for sex, age, and height. Double-check those fields in Settings → Profile. If your bodyweight is off by even 10 lb, your tier can shift.
My recovery timers seem off
Each muscle has a fixed recovery window (24–96 hours depending on size). If you logged a workout at the wrong time, tap the X next to it in the Recovery tab's history list to delete, then re-log with the correct time using the + button.
App crashed or won't open
Force-quit and reopen. If it still won't launch, restart your iPhone. If the problem persists, email us with your iOS version and iPhone model.
