Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

TierLift is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and what your rights are.

We do not collect personal data

TierLift is an offline-first app. Everything you enter — your sex, bodyweight, lifts, workout logs, and ranking history — is stored only on your device using Apple's local SwiftData framework.

We do not operate a server, we do not transmit your data anywhere, and we do not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or social-login providers.

What that means under CCPA and GDPR

Because TierLift does not collect, process, sell, or share personal information, the disclosures and rights frameworks under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply minimally:

Subscriptions

In-app subscriptions (TierLift Pro) are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Apple may collect payment information and subscription status as described in Apple's own privacy policy. We receive an entitlement flag (active / not active) but never see your payment details, Apple ID, or email.

Children

TierLift is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone. Because we collect no data at all, no special children's-privacy obligations are triggered.

Crash reports and diagnostics

If you have opted in to Share With App Developers in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics, Apple may anonymously share crash reports with us. These contain no personal information. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what data the app handles, we'll update this policy and bump the version number in the app's About section.
